Odogwu Ijebu Garri is hygienically processed and so is clean and sand-free. It is dry, crispy and slightly sour. The white grits has a satisfying natural taste that does not require sugar or sweetener. You can add sweeteners though, according to preference.
Our white garri is not only notable for its unique taste and flavour. It is also rich in carbohydrates and so can provide a quick energy boost. This garri contains fibre which helps maintain digestive health.
Odogwu Garri is low in fat, and ideal for a low-calorie diet. Although its protein is limited, you can enjoy it with protein-rich foods like fish, beans etc.
Odogwu White Ijebu Garri can be had as a snack or a light meal. It is a snack when you eat the dry garri grits alone or soak it as garri. When soaked as garri, you can have it with sugar, milk, groundnuts and other toppings of your choice. You don't have to add sweeteners to our Ijebu Garri as its natural flavour is satisfying.
