How to use for Ofe ukazi
1.After boiling your protein of choice in Palm oil, add Thickener, Crafish, Egusi, Spices and Seasoning to stock.
2. Rinse and add dried Ukazi leaves to the boiling pot and allow to cook
How to use for Afang
1.After boiling your protein of choice, add Palm oil, Crayfish, Spices and Seasoning to stock.
2. Rinse and your water leaf and add to the boiling pot, add your blended ukazi leaf and allow to cook.
