Return/Refund policy

1. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

Your product may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

Damaged Product Upon Arrival: If the product is damaged when you receive it.
Incorrect Product Delivered: If you received a product different from what you ordered.
Expired Product: If the product delivered is expired.

2. Return Request Timeframe

Return requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of purchase. Please note that certain products, such as canned foods, are non-returnable unless they are expired, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

3. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return:

Submit a return request through your buyer portal.
Include at least two images showing the current condition of the product(s).
Specify your preferred resolution: cash refund or product replacement.

4. Return Request Evaluation

African Natural will review your return request and decide to approve or decline it based on the provided information.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Buyer’s Responsibility: If the product is intact, correct, not expired, and not damaged, but you wish to return it due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. This cost will be communicated via email, and the item must be returned within 1-3 days after approval.
African Natural’s Responsibility: If the product is incorrect, damaged upon arrival, has a broken seal, or is expired at the time of delivery, African Natural will cover the return shipping cost. Pickup information will be provided via email.

6. Return Packaging

All approved returns must be placed in their original packaging and boxes, sealed, unbroken, and shipped according to the specified shipping criteria.

7. Inspection and Resolution

Upon receiving the returned product(s) at our U.S. warehouse, African Natural will inspect them. If the return is approved, you will receive an email with one of the following options:

Cash Refund: Refunds are processed within 3-14 business days after we receive the product(s), excluding tax.
Product Replacement: You will receive a coupon equal to the initial product's value. You can use this coupon to select the same or different product(s). If the total amount exceeds the coupon value, you will need to pay the difference at checkout.
