Yellow Garri Ijebu is a unique twist for lovers of sour and tart Ijebu Garri and also love the Yellow Garri that is extra clean, sand-free and crunchy.
How to Prepare:
Garri: Pour garri into a bowl, add cold water, and sweeten with sugar or honey (optional). Add milk, groundnuts, or coconut as desired.
Eba: Boil water, pour it into a bowl and gradually add garri, and stir until firm and smooth. Serve hot/cold with your favourite soup.
